We will be forever grateful for the advice & support that we received from the two of you. Jan and I both have our real estate licenses, so we were fairly sure and specific about what we needed in an agent. We met many, many agents, roaming open houses to see which realtors might be a good fit for us. From those we finally settled on about five that we wanted to interview close up and personal. Three made it to the second round of “finals” and, of course, you both “got the part.”
We chose you for many reasons, but chief among them was your business plan – your approach was structured and disciplined and had the key elements we felt we needed. Among those elements was strong quality branding in the area, and a thorough knowledge of and use of publicity & advertising and a willingness to collaborate with us on strategy. We felt there were certain things that had to happen to get our house sold and you made them happen. Speaking as a photographer & graphics artist myself, I say without reservation: your photographer and your ad graphics were exceptional.
The process was excellent. Your CMA was by far the most insightful and reasoned of the four or five we saw – you overlooked nothing in your approach. Your price was pitch-perfect. You met our goals regarding the number of agents that saw the house. And thanks to all of the above, we were able to accept a solid offer in two short weeks; no mean feat that in a market that had already shown strong signs of a downward slide.
